Are there talks or something happening at specific times?

Assuming we don't get snowed in overnight, I'll be there tomorrow from about 11am on a green Ninja 250R. I'm hoping to bring a few friends along too. It's my first visit to such a get-together, so I'm looking forward to meeting people.

I've seen that there will be presentations, but I've not seen anything to say what time each one is happening. If last years event is anything to go by you won't be dissapointed.

well, the snow's coming down thick and fast in Huntingdon, and my wife (works for the fire service) tells me it gets heavier the closer you get to London), so I'm pulling out. Sorry all that I'd arranged to meet.

Seem to remember a fair few didn't make it last year due to icy roads - any chance of a different month next year???

Have a good time if you make it - and drive safe

Shame about the weather putting so many off.

Had a great time at the Ace on Sunday. It was nice to chat to Susan - I shall definitely see about coming to Ripley. Thought you might like to see some photos:

We stopped on the way at the H-Cafe, Berinsfield for a tea break:

Here's the crowd at the Ace Cafe:

Sam Manicom's talk about touring Vietnam. Sorry it's a bit hazy, we'd just come in from outside and the camera lens fogged up a bit.

Some particularly fun bikes:

Well i made it in the end ..
I left home in heavy snow ,broke down 1mile from home ,dumped the xt ,managed to get a lift home and took the cb1300 instead.

By then the snow had nearly stopped.

Really glad i made the effort ,from north of cambridge.

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
