I'm afraid I'm out this weekend too...sorry for the short notice - not been on HUBB so much and hadn't got the subscription updates. Also got a bad cold - all us lightweight real northerners are dropping like flies. DougieB and Laura can 'represent'. Would have been good to meet you all and see the guys who made it on the Scotland mini-meet again.
Would've been a cheaper weekend too - getting new tyres tomorrow...

May i just say I'm a lightweight! I was at the meet on Friday night and it was a great night to meet loads of people over a couple of beers. Friday night the winds where a bit extreme in the tent but Saturday morning was a beatiful morning got to wave goodbye to the run out and then had to come away back to Newcastle today but i thoroughly enjoyed meeting everybody and I hope to meet you all again sometime.

I called in at Tan Hill at about 10.30`ish just as the green laners were heading off. Enjoyed the craic with Brian and Birdy (C90 rider:D, mad as a lorry) and then had a good ride home through the dales.

I hope those that looked a bit rough this morning were able to drink themselves better :laugh:.

Could not leave home till 11 got to Tan Hill about 12-30. Cuppa coffee and teacake then a great ride home through the dales.

Shame I missed the group. thats life. Best rideout for a few weeks. Weather almost perfect.

Jake wasn't kidding about the sheep being as hard as nails - one pushed his bike over and another tried my wiring before Jake "smacked it on the coupon" as we say in Glasgow. It then followed Jake home to his tent .....
