Thanks again for a fantastic weekend...

This is my favourite meeting in the U.K.

Just the right amount of people, lovely location and great company.

I hope you do it again next year

Unless there is competition with prizes to be won and livelihoods to earn, no motorcycle is ever unsuitable for anything!
You rode those lanes with the rest of us, and your bike was a catalyst that brought the group together, generating great camaraderie and interest.
What other bike that morning was made in the 50s and had just returned from the Stella Alpina?

Here's a photo which I hope conveys the spirit of the moment.

And a couple more.

A great ride, that morning!

Fantastic weekend

Gabe, Char, thanks for a fantastic weekend. It was great to just chill and do nothing but relax and gab to people for a few days. It is large enough to lose yourself if you want and small enough to be intimate and chat and still have stuff to hold your interest. Hope the event is on for next year and looking forward to it.

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive.
