Smile 13th HU Germany Meeting Fall 2014(23.10.-26.10.2014)

Hi guys out there,

13th HU Germany Meeting Fall 2014 is confirmed:

23.10.-26.10.2014

After 12 successful Meetings in the Gasthaus Schneeburg we had to find a new location, because the Gasthaus was sold this summer... thanks again a lot to Family Meyer!

Here our new location:

Campingplatz Pfrimmtal

Pfrimmerhof 3
67729 Sippersfeld

GPS-Koordinaten:
49° 33′ 07″ N – 7° 57′ 38″ E

Campingplatz Pfrimmtal is located 35 km west of the Rhine river, about 50 km south of Mainz. It is an official campground, just at the entrance of one of the best riding areas of Germany – the Pfälzer Wald!

The well-known Motorcycle Meeting Point “Johanniskreuz” is just around the corner… Endless turns with nearly no traffic!

We will have our own spot on the Campground including fireplace and finally plenty of toilets and hot showers!!

Registration is open now, please register if possible - thank you!

Like always - we need presenters, workshops etc. - Don´t be shy...

See you in October - Jens

Hi Jens,

tell us a bit about the infrastucture.
Where will the presentations been held?
And the most important question: do they sell COLD ?

Cheers

Viel Spass!

Welcome back!

Hi guys out there,

if you want to do presentations - we have a great barn on the campground!
We can sit easy with 100-150 people inside and drinks are available there too.

We will arrange a fireplace, please bring the guitars...

We will have our well-known Circus tent, everybody is welcome to use it for workshops - no problem.

Presenters:

If you want to be a presenter - please register as a presenter - thank you

See you soon - Jens

I registered as a presenter last week using the presenter link via http://www.horizonsunlimited.com/eve...ny-autumn-2014

Let me know if you didn't receive it. I'll have the presentation on a netbook, but will need a data projector and speakers.

Looking forward to meeting you Jens.

Hi Jens
Received your PM. By the fact that you sent me it, it seems the HU system didn't send you a copy of my Presenter-Registration. Please PM me your email address and I'll forward it on to you.

Best wishes
Chris

Now official campground...

Hi Caspar, now it is an official campground...

I was riding around for several weeks to find a new spot - very difficult...

The old Gasthaus was sold - it is history, sorry.

A lot of participants said at the old Meetings that the toilets and showers were not good enough, so we decided to go on a real campground.

Here we have a lot better facilities and finally a big barn to present the shows. The area is great for riding, lakes for swimming are in walking distance, Restaurant on the spot etc. Supermarket in the next village...

See you in October - Jens

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
