Heja Werner,

you could do a presentation about Romania...show some pictures and share some information ? That´ll be great...

Lookin´ forward to this meeting, missed the last one because of the birth of my son. I´ll probably take the camper van and bring him with me...about time for him to meet the right bunch of people.

Hi Jens.

Dates look good for me and would make a good last trip to Europe for me for the year. Could you give me more details. Not likely to do full 4 days as need to book the boat. Travelling from Annan Scotland.

Cheers Alistair

going language during the meeting?

Maybe a silly question because the Hubb is in English, but will the presentations and workshops during the Hubb meeting in Germany also be in English as the going language?
I'm thinking of going to the meeting for the first time. My knowledge of German is rather limited.

Most if not all the presentations are always done in English.

presentation

Hi!

I am just on my way back from Georgia into Turkey while continuing my "motorcycle therapy"

The dates could fit for me, because I want to get back to Germany in the of October and have to pass the odenwald eitehr way...

So I could do a slide show again about my 15.000 km trip starting from Bulgaria, Romania, UA into Russia to the Urals and down the Causasus and back across TR and the Balkan back home...

Ciao

Alex

Guys,

Please excuse my ignorance, I've never been to a meeting before, but I've gotta ask before putting my name down.

This is a HUB meeting in Germany so I guess the language for the presentations will be in German? I'm not a German speaker so it makes no sense for me to come along if I can't understand what's being said. I'll end up just drinking too much and getting noticed for the wrong reasons.

How does it work?

Cheers

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
