XR 250 Oil Capacity
Hi.
 Could someone please tell me the correct way to change the oil on my 1999 xr 250 r. I have drained the old oil and replaced the filter, but l drained approx 1.5 ltr's out of the engine but only managed to get 600ml back in! On refilling the engine l ran it for about 5 mins, stopped it, and checked the level after one min and it was reading full on the dipstick. Is 600ml the correct amout for this engine or am l doing somthing wrong? Thanks.

The oil is mainly kept in the frame and you have to fill that up. there should be a oil cap behind the headstock in frount of the tank.
