Wheel change for 1100 wing
 

I have been looking for more d/s type tires for my 83 goldwing std, but they don't come in 18" front/16" rear sizes. Anyone know if the 19"f/17"r wheels made for 81 or 82 models will fit on my 83? Would there be a problem with matching up to the shaft final, or frame clearance? If the even earlier spoked wheels for the 1000cc bikes would fit that might be even better! I would like to fit something like Dunlop D604's but need the 17" and 19" rims, not to mention it would just open up a lot more options in tire selection. Thanks in advance for your feedback. Steve
