tyres for my Dommie 88??

Hi

I changed my rear tyre a year ago in my Domie 88, only I did 3000km on road and it needs to be replaced again!!.
Can some one give some advice on good tyres for Dommie?
I'd like to put a tyre that last long.
Regards

Bridgestone trailwings are good for my Dommie (92)
Seem to last well and have got enough knobbly bits to be ok off track and on.

Very much depends on where you ride. If you do 90% of your riding on road, as I do, I've covered over 10,000 miles on Pirelli MT90's on my Dommie, and the rear is just about ready to be changed, there's a few more thousand on the front yet.
Every one will have their own favorites, but I suspect that the harder compounds will give less grip but more miles.

Avon Distanzia's are good and grippy much better than the old Gripsters for road use.
