hello the onece again!! does anyone know how i can jack up the TransAlp 650?? just to get a bit more road cleasance!

You can flip the rear suspension 'rocker' - the bit that connects the shock, swingarm & the front tie bars, up side down. This will give about 2" extra ride height at the rear, you will need extended fork caps machined up to raise the front a similar ammount. Then the side stand will be too short.......


You could just add more preload to the front (15mm or more as they have quite a bit of sag as standard) & rear.

Check out Blackbert from Belgium on Advrider, he fitted XR600 rear shock & forks to his stripped down 650 Transalp to make a budget offroader. Replace the silencers to save a lot of weight also.
