Sure - the most popular solution I've seen has been to mount a Slip Streamer Spitfire windshield:

You may find that while it does help keep pressure off your chest, often times these windshields make for a noisier ride since they can make nasty turbulence around your helmet.

Hiya,

Nick Palmer sells some fabricated windshields for the XR range for £50.00 plus postage, you can see them on his website www.oic.co.uk/ratweb. Little pricey but you can cut them to fit yourself.
