Still Missing

98 XR 650LAll the small steps have helped to reduce the severity of this miss, it occurs @ 50KM/H (30MI/H) in second gear, a definitive miss.
Current jeting 55 long pilot, 157.7 Main, air screw 3 turns out.
I would like to confirm the small tubing around the carb, I would like to verify this is correct. I have one starting immediately behind the butterfly. This goes to a “T” on the other side of the “T” it goes to the diapragm valve, the third end of the “T” goes to a “Y” one side of this “Y” vents to atmosphere, the other side goes to the air pump is this correct?
Thanks.

The vaccumn lines don't vent to atmosphere. the tee should be between the port on the intake manifold and the air cut-off valve on the carb. it goes to the air pump and has a end to end fitting, not a y. the y is the breather for the carb vent/drain. I believe the drain has a one way valve as well
