Silencers
Brought an @T about 10 months ago which amongst other things had a Rhemus Grand Prix silencer fitted. Being the first vehicle I owned in the UK I thought nothing of it.
Anyway - have just had it pointed out to me at the MOT testing station that it has "not for road use" stamped in very small letters & therefore wont pass an MOT inspection. So I need a stock silencer, to buy or borrow for the day. Any help much appreciated. I am in London. Cheers

I too have a Remus pipe on my Africa Twin. I simply used a piece of fine sand paper and rubbed gently over the "Not for Road use" marking. It came off very easily and does not score the finish of the pipe. My pipe however is a Titanium so I do not know how the finish of the two compares. It might be worth a try.
