RD07 parts to buy, anyone selling?

Hi. I'm doing my RTW and currently in Australia now. 2 months before the start of RTW, my africa twin was stolen back at home. in the end i bought a 1998 RD07 africa twin with lots of mileage on it. even changed the engine once in USA.

cut long story short...

how do i buy these parts in australia:

1 set of front brake pads (left and right)
front (16), rear sprockets (43).
DID VM2 X-ring chain.
a clear and working AT digital meter. 2nd hand will do.

is there a motorcycle online shop in australia?
there are no AT model in australia. which bike is compatible with AT for the above parts?

please advise.

The brake pads are the same for LOADS of bikes. Nissan calipers for trail bikes are usually the same.

The chain is a generic item too. You just need to make sure its the right pitch (520,525 etc) and has enough links.

Digital metre is a luxury, not a neccesity
