Original XR tyres?
hi there, could anyone please tell me which tyres come as standard with a new XR? I have been offered some for my XT (same sizes) very cheap, but if they are crap its no good.
What make? Quite Knobbly? Quick wearing? Many thanks all.

which XR? the 400 and 650L that I bought via Australia came with Dunlop. tyre choice depends on terrain, speed, ability, load ... good all round tyres include the MT21 and T63. approx 90/90x21 front and 120/90x18 rear, but I prefer the 140 rear on the 650L. it wouldn't fit the 400 so well and you'd have to shave bits off for the 650R. what's a good price? MT21s are £90-100 a pair new from Watling.
