Fuel pump for Transalp/Africa Twin
I have fitted an Africa Twin tank on my Transalp. It fits fine. But the fuel pump that came with it doesn't work.
As I am now in the USA (where the part is not available) I would like to to come up with an alternative to paying Honda a fortune for a new one and getting it shipped. Any ideas? Would a vacuum operated one be okay? The absence of an electrical connection seems a good idea. All pointers apreciated. Thanks. Simon

Any Mikuni Vacuum pump of a Yamaha would be fine. I run a pump from a TDM850 onm my AT, $50 at the wreckers.

Hi
Mogheul Carter makes a nice pump... and since its an us company, it should be available. It's electric and easy to mount. Maarten ------------------ - www.maartensworld.com - - Some photo's - |
