And again a shock question
I own (ride) a 1992 model Honda TransAlp, 400ccm, built for the Japanese market. So far no problems at all, very trustworthy and so on, however, I would like to get a new shock. Anyone any experience with this one???
Hagon Monoshock Manufactured by Hagon Products in their new state of the art UK Factory 2 Year Guarantee Totally Re-Buildable shock Full Range of Spare Parts Here also the URL: Honda XL 600 VM/VN/VP Trans Alp Department at Wemoto - Europes Largest On-Line Motorcycle Parts Retailer I would appreciate any advice, especially because the price is in my opinion very acceptable.

No personal experience of Hagon, but they're well regarded as an entry level aftermarket shock.
It's no Ohlins or Maxton, but it's a lot better than a worn out OE shock and should be fine for normal use. I have heard of heavily laden Africa Twins on knackered African roads breaking Hagon shocks, but like I say, for normal use on normal roads with normal luggage should be no problem!
