Africa Twin, removing catalyst

will it give me some more power? Do a need to anything in addition if a remove the feed in the catalyst?

hi
I cut out the sub-chamber on my transalp ,also changed the air filter and a different end can , i,d say more responsive and better on fuel .

There is NO Catalytic converter on an Africa twin !! ANY of them.

perhaps in norway they have their own odd laws and had to have one even back then? like spark arrestors on californian models? ive never heard of it though.
dont know so much about ATs, do they have a collector box in the exhaust that this guy thinks might be a cat?
my varadero has a massive cat in each endcan, to get rid of them i would have to buy two whole new aftermarket cans, very expensive!
