Tyre Fitter in Stuttgart, Germany.

Hey guys, can anyone recommend a good tyre fitter in Stuttgart?

If you have a contact number that would be good too as I was hoping to be able to get some tyres ordered for before I arrive or if it happens to be someone who keeps alot of stock in even better!

Cheers.

Have you tried doing it yourself?

Have you tried doing it yourself? It's actually not that hard once you know how. My first attempt was a minor disaster and i ended up getting a guy in Argentina to fit it for 5 pesos. For a tubeless tire, the one part I hadn't got right was that you mustn't seat the rims of the tire, but make sure they're in the middle on the wheel where there is a little recess. It makes all the difference as the last bit of the tire will never go over the rim unless you do this.

Tubed tires are even easier and we changed my girlfriends one in a garage forecourt in well under 1/2 hour all in. I'm sure that's slow compared to others but when we were faced with paying someone to do it in the US (I'd say slightly more than 5 pesos), we thought we might as well do it ourselves.
