Question TKC80 in Sicily

Anyone know whether I can get a pair of TKC80's in Sicily?

We're passing through Sicily on the way to Tunisia and I was wondering if anyone knew of a bike shop in Southern Italy or Sicily that stocks TKC80's??

Mitas E10 or Continental TKC80, Even Michelen T63 - I'd be happy with any of the former.

I'm after tips where I could buy and fit them same day as I'm keeping to a tight schedule.

Try Palmeri Pneumatici, they look pretty big. I stumbled across them when I was looking for tires in Sicily but haven't contacted them yet. Let me know if you find out more since I might need a new set on my way back from Tunisia to Germany via Sicily in late October, not sure if the TKC80 will last all the way.

In other news, when are you going to Tunisia?

Thanks for the tip. I'll check them out.

We'll be in Tunisia from about 23rd to 30th Oct. Would be great to meet up on the road... let us know where/when you'll be travelling.

Cheers!

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
