Hi,

A few of us are planning a 2 day ride on the Dutch/Belgian border just south of Tilburg. The planned dates are the 20 and 21 September. While not big on climbs and drops, the area offers a huge variety of sand, mud and loam single track and farm track in very scenic countryside.

Ad Ketlaars, a well known guide in the region, is putting together a route of two 250km loops out from the village of Hilvarenbeek. We've asked him to throw in alot of sand to improve our skills in that area. Navigation is by roadbook.

Accommodation is in a basic but clean hotel and will cost about Euro 70 per person for 2 nights B&B based on two sharing. Add to that Euro 30 for the two days roadbooks. Theres plenty of local pubs serving food for the evenings.

So far we have a mix of bikes including a 600 Tenere, a KTM 525 XC and a CCM 404. All need to be road legal but really anything from 125 to 1200 cc is possible - just depends on the rider!
