Nordkapp late in the year???
 

Hi everyone
I'm fairly new to the site, so if this is a stupid question, i appologise
Is it possible to drive to Nordkapp late in the year, say end of October?
My sister and i will be in an old, but well preped land cruiser (sorry about the extra wheels)
Our problem is this; we're starting to plan our cape to cape adventure (Nordkapp to Cape Town), my take on it at the moment is that the main priority should be not hitting the sahara in summer, December being ideal.
I know that Norway would be far more enjoyable in July, but if needs must, is it possible or do they close the road?
Any help would be greatly appreciated

It's possible. Won't be seeing the midnight sun, though.
