Hi All,

No more traffic fines will be unpaid in TR ! No more run away ...

Until today, traffic police in TR was recording fines to names (driving licenses) and if the fine was not paid (normally in 15 days), all foreigners (better to say foreign plate numbers) was quitting the country with only customs controls but not traffic checks.

With new law, all fines will be written/recorded to registered plates and will be checked during quitting the country's borders. If any fine is not paid, will be asked to pay and declare it before going out.

These news are in Turkish but short explanation is above :)
