I am planning trip this year through Makedonia (FYROM), Kosovo, South Serbia - is it safe now? Any advices , precautions?

I was there in summer 2009, no problems at all! You will see some KFOR troups in Kosovo (if they're still there...) Gr, Vincent

Its all good I lived there on and off for a total of a year and met and had some great times.
