Long stay in Italy

Hello to all the assembled travellers. We are currently in Portugal and will be making our way to Italy over the next month or so. We are looking for any recommendations for longstay accomodations in Italy. (about one or two months) Any help regarding location ideas would also be helpful.

Helpful website??

Danette and Patrick

What are your programs ? 1 to 2 months are barely enough (and really worth!) to visit Italy. Are you looking for Hotels , rooms or camping? - there are lot of possibilities and even more internet sites!

Italy IS certanly worth a visit. Don't forget to take a suitable amount of money with you or a good use of creditcard - it's a relatively expensive place to live (gas, food, accomondation) compared with most of other Europe. Also english speaking citizens concentration is supprisingly low - use your legs and hands .

Have a good trip, Margus

Iºve been looking through the guide books and Italy does look expensive !! We are looking to try and stay in a place that has a kitchen. I´m trying to find websites that donºt have those italian villias for rent for a zillion dollars and a lot of the other sites iºve seen are in pounds. We would probably spend at least a month down as far south as we could.
