Leaving my car in the Ukraine
Hi
In early September I'll be entering the Ukraine coming from Central Asia in my own car. I wish to visit a friend in Poland for some time but to avoid the complications of insuring the car for the EU, I plan to leave the car in the Ukraine whilst I am in Poland. Does anyone know what, if anything, I need to go about doing this? Do I need to leave the car in a customs yard? Are there charges for doing this? Or can I just leave the car in the country, providing it is taken out by myself before the three-month limit on the customs? Or will I have to seek permission from customs in one of the cities? I'd greatly appreciate anyones advice on doing thism Thanks Daniel
