Hungary and back.
 

Hi.We are going to Hungary during the 2nd week in July,So we'll be there for a couple of night's midweek has anyone got any tips on campsites or routes ect:helpsmilie:
There will be 2 or 3 bikes.

You can't go wrong if you head for Lake Balaton, a very beautiful part of Hungary :thumbup1:

Wasn't impressed by Lake Balaton although we rode along the southern shore & noticed that the opposite shore seemed more forested & on higher ground?

Vac which is nth of Budapest and on the danube is worth a lunch stop , you can cross the river by ferry and follow it along back towards Austria .
Depending where you are you can ride in and out of Slovakia if the mood takes you - watch out for low flying banjo s if you get near Banov ( my mates village ) .
Roads seemed in pretty good state when i was there last Sept on my blackbird :thumbup1:

If you end up in Budapest, it's hard to go past Budapest Biker Camp....
