Help needed Czech republic
 

Yesterday I was in Prague and had a accident, lady in Peugeot 407 caravan
crashed at my car (too cold for a bike :)) while I was waiting at a red light. Police came in 10 min, and she told them that it was her fault, so that went ok. With barely drivable car I went back to Zlin, since I have accomodation here.
Problem is that very few people speak english here, now I even consider myself lucky because lady in Peugeot spoke very good english, and helped me to communicate with the police. :)

But now back in Zlin, I need to go through all the proccedure insurance, repair...

And I'm having a really hard time not being able to communicate with them efectively.

If there are some HUBB-ers over here some help would be nice.

Find a university or a school with English speakers and offer them a fee. Or do the same at a tourist office.
