It would be helpful if you could say what bike he is riding and what kind of help he is looking for?
Type/model/make of bike
engine/frame number
what the problem is
etc etc

Look on the left- you might want to contact the communities- there are 3 in Austria but one is in Innsbruk -
Innsbruck (47° 16' N 11 ° 24 E)

Put a dot in the Innsbruk one then scroll to bottom of page and fill in fields-
