Finland Russia Border question

Hi,

Just looking to see if anyone has recent experience of the Russian/Finnish border near Kuusamo or the one near Niirala.

Are they open to tourist traffic? What are the roads like.

Cheers,

Matt

All border crossings in Finland are open for everyone. Roads are in normal shape, a bit worse on Russian side.
