newbie at heart

Hi popwud and

Don·t worry, I think I·m the only one who, after more than a year here, still thinks life as a hubber is complicated,:confused1:. You·ll probably get the knack of it quickly.
Then again I am EXTREMELY (shouting) daft when it comes to computers!
Some would say when it comes to a lot of other things aswell, but I·m not sure about that , yet! I·ve only been around 55 years and I·m still learning!
Apart from that: lovely site!!!!
Cheers,
Dan

Popwud - welcome from me too.

I too initially found the site overwhelming.
At first I limited myself to HUBB 'Last 24 hours' posts and looked at topics of interest. Everything comes up again soon enough.
As you find more of what you want you will also learn to navigate the site and find specific matters.
That should be enough for a start.

Good luck

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
