1 st time Mongolia driving from Mongolia-Europe need help guys
 

Dear travelers,

I am Mongolia leaving from Mongolia on Mongolian number plated campervan to do Europe and possible Africa trip. I plan to drive through Russia in 21 days since my visa is for 21 days cross to Latvia and drive down to England then down to Africa. So my question is I have heard that in Europe they don't give green card insurance for non-EU vehicle's? Is that true? Can I get the insurance at the border and how much what that cost if there are any ways of getting the insurance? I am driving 1987 VW Campervan.


Pls share information for the first Mongolian adventurer on non-horse method of transportation.

You should check about that somewhere where you will get "official" information, it's too risky to drive all the way just to "kiss the door".
