What spare part should I carry with me on the bike?

Hi
I will be riding a Honda xr650r from California to South America and I was wondering what kind of spare parts should I carry with me?
Should I carry oil?
Thank you all for your help

Amicam

Oil & air filters, 1 litre of oil, levers, cables, fuses, spark plug(s), cable ties, insulating tape, stainless lock wire, colour wiring diagram.

It's an endless list partly determined by how much luggage space you've got to spare & your ability to work on the bike? Same goes for tools - if you don't know what to do with them, no point taking them.
