Go for any of the good aftermarket shocks, tell them your load and weights etc, and they should be able to supply what you need.

White Power, Technoflex, Ohlins, Works Performance, all good and will do a fine job for you. Works (USA) custom-builds the shock for you, the others are more off-the-shelf, but should be able to supply correct springs no problem, and the standard adjustments should be adequate.

And any of them will work far better than the original!
