TDM850 info for UK-NZ trip
Am planning to ride my trusty old Yammie TDM850 2-up from UK-NZ next year & would appreciate advice on set-up required.
Have done a couple of trips through the Himalayas & India on ratty old Enfields & have travelled around SE Asia so have a fair idea of road/travel conditions through this leg. Turkey/Iran/Pakistan/Indonesia/Aus unknown quantities though - what kind of fuel range will I need (& where can I get a big tank) & what are the road conditions - sealed/hard pack or soft shite that will require dual purpose tyres? Has anyone else had experience of overlanding a TDM & any advice? Found out I will need a heavy duty shock after trip to Morocco - wife is a shopahollic.

I'm planning to take my trusty '95 TDM to Greece & back in a couple of weeks.
The range is about 140 miles per tank, I'm just sorting out paniers & a luggage rack for camping stuff & a 20L fuel can.
