Supplier of Hawker Batteries in the UK?

I'm considering fitting a Hawker Battery to my KTM. Can anyone recommend a supplier in the UK?

Thanks in advance.

Try varley batteries from www.demon-tweeks.co.uk They are the same kind of thing, expensive but I guess you can fit and forget.

I'm guessing you're talking about the gel-cell type of battery? Varta have brought out one for motorcycles recently. When you get it,it looks just like a normal battery(supplied dry with a liquid pack included in a seperate holder),but when you empty the holder of fluid into the battery(they give you EXACTLY the right amount) and wait 10 mins,it turns to gel....and that's it!You don't even need to charge it first. They're totally maintanance free, can be fitted upside down if needed, don't need any special charger if you leave the lights on and flatten it,and i think i remember them having a 3 year guarantee.I've got these in both my bikes and have to say, even the BMW which i don't use much, flys over on the button. You should be able to get them from your local Varta dealer, but if not then PM me and i'll give you my local guy's number. He can post one to you.
