Small tank saddle bags wanted

Hi Everyone,

I've just purchased a new Yamaha XT250 Serow and I'm looking for slim line luggage.

I reckon a combination of rear seat and fuel tank based saddle bags would offer plenty of storage, so can anyone recommend a supplier of such kit in the UK?

Thanks in advance for any replies,

Regards

army surplus stores. canvas bags (large and small) which can be strapped together (with their own straps), for a fiver. Tested across Africa and never let me down.

Not to sure if they are available in England, but there are cheap generic tank panniers on ebay for atv's...

Get yourself some ex army gasmask bags. The later ones that they use now are made of a waterproof plastic material and take an 'S-10 respirator'. They are about the size of a large ice-cream tub and you can sling them each side of the tank.

I'm flogging some throw over panniers on ebay if these are any use.

Cheers

Mike
