Hi I am making an enquirie if you know of anyone who has dealings with a manufacturer called sifac. As far as I know they are of a french firm that has built specialty pannier bags for the french special forces. In the past I have an address and a phone number I have tried ringing them up but with the language problem trying to phone them it was just not worth it. The phone number and address is Carrefour de Lur Berri 40300 Hastingues FRANCE Tél.: 05.58.73.16.55 Fax : 05.58.73.16.57 but as i said unless you can talk french the numbers are useless I also tried sending them a letter with no reply can you please help
