Pirelli Scorpions rating

What kind of rating do Pirelli Scorpions (for the rear of a KTM Adventure) get when compared to Michelin Deserts? I will be using them for Tanzania, Malawi, Mozambique.

Alternatively, does anyone know where I can get hold of Mich Deserts in Nairobi ( I have already tried Ian Duncan without any luck)?

The Pirelli Scorpions are only road tires and you can't compare it with Michelin Deserts!!!

I assume that there must be several types of 'Pirelli Scorpion' tyres then.
The set I have are certainly off-road knobblies. The rubber compound seems a bit softer than Michelin Deserts, and the knobs not quite as thick or wide.
