michelin baja...
i am in cairo where it is proving damn hard to find decent off road tyres. i had my heart set on michelin deserts, but they are not locally available. i have managed to find some michelin bajas, but i am not sure how good they are.
i will be using the tyres for all off road sections between here and south africa, i.e sudan, ethiopia, kenya, etc. does anyone know how these tyres perform in sand, on rocks and in the mud (uganda and rwanda will be rainy season), and how quickly they wear. any advise appreciated. muchos gracis cabron

Have you contacted A.B. - here on the HUBB?
He lives in Cairo and knows where to get stuff, and is probably up on the various tires available in the area. ------------------ Bruce Clarke brclarke@islandnet.com www.islandnet.com/~brclarke
