Getgeared.co.uk - A superb experience!

PLEASE NOTE THAT I AM COMPLETELY UNBIASED AND HAVE NO CONNECTION TO THIS COMPANY WHATSOEVER

I wanted to tell you all about my POSITIVE experiences with this online company -

Motorcycle Helmets | Motorcycle Clothing, Boots, Leathers, Gloves, Jackets | Motorbike Accessory Parts

I honestly can't speak too highly of them and that's a refreshing change I can tell you! I have had so many bad experiences in the past ordering goods online.

In the past 2 months I have ordered a lot of kit form Getgeared including clothing and bike parts. Take the time to peruse their easy to navigate website where you will very easily find a host of excellent buys. This includes camping equipment and tents for all you RTW boys and girls.

I order the stuff on the net and 1 day later WITHOUT FAIL the stuff is delivered to my frontdoor by next day courier.

I understand they are a German owned company.

I can heartily recommend them to you all.

I wish this company every future success - they certainly deserve it!

Neil, I have to agree with you it looks a very good website, I will be ringing them to see if I can call in as I never buy clothes online as I prefer to try them for 'fit' before buying.
I need to update my bike gear and have yet to find anythig suitable... until now! Time to 'ditch the army camo' stuff.
Thanks

For Cammo Clobber you can't beat these guys!

Dave,

I know a good cheap site for Army Surplus gear too -

British Military Surplus

Once again very dependable and DIRT CHEAP! Takes 2 days to arrive.

Have a look at those Water Carriers at only £5 each. I bought 4! My son even bought some desert camo stuff for his last Iraq tour(He's in the T.A Infantry - 3 PWWR).

Enjoy...

Not sure if you can call in as I think the UK office is just for returns and all the kit is shipped from Germany.

I bought these soft panniers just over a year ago from Get Geared.
MOTO-DETAIL 82L Touring Bag Set

I can honestly say they are unbelieveable value for money though the roll bag needs extra bungees to secure it.

Neil, they are part of Detlev Louis, one of the biggest motorcycle accessories retailers in Europe. They're a bit like Hein Gericke but cheaper. Try looking at www.louis.de - Motorrad & Freizeit. It's in German only but easy to navigate. If you can find the same item there, you can sometimes make a saving.

I've bought camo gear from British Military Surplus too. I'm not in the forces, I just use them for fishing/shooting kit.
