Double whopper tanks with cheese

Hi anyone, we need 3 double whopper tanks with cheese to go for XR650Ls (XR6 will fit). The Acerbis plastic 21L is OK but has weak front mounts - around 36L on the front is better.
Any tips or leads in the UK on making them from kevlar/grp or even plastic? I know grp can it be home made, but how? Africa Queens do a 36L ally one at - but for 700 quid! We could probably get our own made from ally for less, but untested ally is not so desirable. Anyone know of XR rally preppers in France that may do big tanks?

thanks

Chris S

i did a search on google "gros reservoir pour honda xr 650", means big tank for honda xr 650;
there are some results but no manufacturers directly, motopassion57.com seem to have some info, they have done some rallye raid, you'll see on their pages
so maybe if you get in touch with the people of the webpages, you can find, try the same search

good luck,
thanks for the info about your book,

Ughh, there is a big tank suiting your requirements in Chang Mai, Thailand (Joe's). Just mention this in passing. Maybe it will help someone.
