Auxiliary gas tank

Hi,

I recently came across an auxiliary gas tank that seems to be very unique. I was wondering if any of you have used them or seen them. The only place I have seen them for sale is on Ebay. A guy has them for sale there pretty cheap most of the time. Are there any problems you guys can think of using a tank like this?

Thanks AZ Bill

How's the weather in Tucson? If anyone carries extra gas in a add on container they should try mounting it up high and then down low. I can carry twice as much gas low as I can up high. Handling really suffers with high mounted sloshing fuel.
Remember, aim to the right (in right hand drive countries) of on coming headlights.

The temp is coming down. Nice riding weather is on its way. The gas only weighs 12 lbs; can you really feel that small amount moving around? If it is mounted low it would need a pump of some kind. My bike has no fuel pump. If you are on a stright road I think it would be fine. Or if were full it would not slosh.

Thanks for your reply!
