Wolfman Tank Panniers

I bought a set of Wolfman Tank Panniers at this year's Ripley meeting from Martin of Winding Roads who had a stand there. I used them on two recent trips, one to the Italian HU meeting in July and again on an 8000 mile trip from UK to Eastern Turkey/Iranian border and back again n August/September. These bags were great. Very versatile and 100% waterproof. I had a slight problem with a strap (gaffe tape to the rescue) but when I got back home I emailed Martin at Winding Roads and he replaced it immediately, no hassle. So my 100% recommendation goes to Winding Roads who know what customer service is. Motorcycle Tank Bags, Luggage, Panniers, Tail Bags, Seat Bags, Enduro Bags, for Aprilia, Benelli, BMW, Buell, Cagiva, Ducati, Honda, Kawasaki, Moto Guzzi, MV Agusta, Suzuki, Triumph, Yamaha, Off Road, Enduro motorcycles

I have no connection whatsoever with Winding Roads other than being a satisfied customer

Thank you

Thanks for this info. I also bought a set - black ones - from Winding Roads up at the Ripley Meet back in June. Haven't used them yet though. I'll be taking the pair of 'em down under to Oz next Feb, where they'll be fitted on my Transalp.

Yunno, each pannier bag is just big enough to accommodate a well-stuffed sleeping bag, plus a Therm-a-Rest mattress and an inflatable pillow.

[A new tent will strap down on one of the rear alu panniers.]

Cuz of all this we're (2-up) gonna save a small fortune on the cost of aussie lodgings next year, which can't be all bad .. especially bearing in mind the current crappy GB£ ~~> AU$ exchange rate!

AND it's comforting to know that Winding Roads also delivers great after sales service.

Thanks again

.

Wolfman products are wonderful, and not too expensive.

I have a set of the Wolfman tank panniers, easy to move from bike to bike. Nice concept.

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
