which after market shocks are best?

hi ho, i want to put a fully adjustable rear shock on my 1990 dommi. ohlins seems a very good but pricey choice.the standard shock has worn out.maybe i dont need a fully adjustable shock but as i travel single and two up alot i thought it would be best.

is ohlins the best choice for off roaders?

is fully adjustable that beneficial?

cheers tom.

Other choices are White Power, Technoflex and Works Performance, (USA) all of them are good.

Any of them will do fine, and get all the bells and whistles (adjustments) possible, and you won't regret it. For two-up AND solo you really want all the adjustability possible.

Once the money is spent, the question is: "does it do what's needed?" and they do!

No one I know of has ever regretted spending the money on a good shock. You won't believe how bad the old one was till you try a good one.
