vega flip up helmet after 10 month crapped out
 

I bought a vega flip up helmet. after 10 months the open button broke and then one of the locking mech fell out. Stacy whom is supervisor at vega helmets didn't understand I wasn't going to install parts to fix it myself. I didn't want to trust it anymore . Without even yelling, ranting or raving at her I was told I was rude, don't call back and this conversation is over. Click. She didn't like being interrupted and told I want a replacement helment. Didn't like being ask how I am rude? refuse to warranty their helmets for defects. Don't bother :gun_bandana: vega doesn't stand behind there products and don't want to deal with the public.
Helmet a 0 and service 1.
I understand that I m to blame in part by buying 150 buck helmet.
