Panniers and Top Box - £57 !

as a kinda out the box solution:

I have been looking at trunki yes the kids travel cases

these things http://www.google.co.uk/products/catalog?hl=en&xhr=t&q=trunki&cp=6&qscrl=1&nord=1&r lz=1T4ACAW_enGB409GB409&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.&biw =983&bih=427&ion=1&wrapid=tljp131292433635700&um=1 &ie=UTF-8&tbm=shop&cid=15505047942317691316&sa=X&ei=bqJBTv 7gMYuDhQeBgvnRCQ&sqi=2&ved=0CGwQ8gIwAQ#

I figure if they are child proof then they will probably be more than up to life on the back of a bike

I found them for £19 so you can have your two panniers and a top box for the grand total of £57

I rekon you could mount them decently using a proper rack

and the best thing they do all sorts of designs I kinda like the orange zebra style could paint the beast to match !:scooter:

They don't look like they'll handle very well, could be a nightmare fully loaded, but easy to spot in the car park....

I saw a couple of kids with these in the baggage reclaim area at Heathrow last week. As oothef said, easy to spot, and if they'll survive a journey as checked luggage maybe they'll work on a bike. I'll await your full review with interest. Anything else in Mothercare that could be of use?

I'm a bit worried whether the wheels are up to being used as a beer trailer.

No problems there - it'll even get you in the party mood as you go along,

"The wheels on the bus go round and round, round and round, the wheels on the bus go round and round, all day long ..." :mchappy:

The Touratech version changes that to "Get your motor running, head out on the highway, Looking for adventure in whatever comes our way ..."

Just goes to show you get what you pay for !!!

my son has the cow coloured one.

there is a slope in malaga airport that we once spent about two hours summer sledging on whilst waiting for a plane......

Wish they did them in adult sizes.
