outstanding service .Wemoto

I feel that I have to say what a excellent service Wemoto have provided for us.
We were stuck in Central America in need of parts for our bike.

When our parcel went missing it was the fault of the postal service , but Romain at Wemoto instead of saying "contact the shipping company" spent a lot of his time on the phone and emailing people to get the problem sorted out.

It transpired that the panama customs had misplaced our parcel ,which then took a month for them to locate.

In the mean time Romain reshipped another box of parts out to us which got us back on the road.

From now on Wemoto will be our 1st choice for any part that I need . Its not often these day's that you find a company that will offer this level of service when things go wrong.

Thank You Wemoto.

Been here in Turkey for 8 years now and have always ordered my spares from Wemoto. Wemoto deduct the VAT 'cos I'm not in Europe and, even with postage, the parts are cheaper than if I was in the UK and certainly cheaper than from any Turkish outlet.

Excellent service

Cheers,

Dicky

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
