Netbook-iPhone
 

Hello people...
I'm a trip lover from Greece, new in that world of motorbike trips and i want to plan my 1st roadtrip in Europe with my love BMW R 1100 GS...
So i started to think the stuff i allready have.
My question is: How i can use my netbook and my iPhone in trip??
Any ideas how can be usable to me?

Tethering
 

Generally with an iPhone you have to use tethering ... this means that you need to speak to your provider and get it unlocked for tethering, and in the UK thats about an extra 5 quid a month.

What i would say is that data rates are sooooo expensive when roaming, so would be much cheaper to get access via a wifi connection, or to purchase a dongle and get a PAYG sim in the country your visiting (about 17 quid for UK usage).
