Kidney Belt

Just a reccomondation really:

For big singles espicially, but good for all. Makes longer riding a much, much easier & happier experience.

Regards
James

Do you use soft elastic kidney belts for the long rides or those with hard protection like this:

I use a Mueller support belt with fiber stiffeners,

originally intended for work use ( heavy lifting etc) This belt i stitched to a 661 pressure suit instead of the flimsy original waist belt

This provides good crash protection and very good lower back support for long days in the saddle.
