Hein Gericke kit
Just got back from a 12 month RTW trip. My Hein Gericke jacket did an excellent job but the stitching on the cuffs came a little loose. Took into the local store, theyve exchanged it for a brand new one. No cost, no quibbles, no hassles. Can;t say fairer than that.
